Shooting Gallery, also known as the Wild Guns Prototype, is a project I created in my final year at Staffordshire University.
This framework is based on the original Wild Guns game, developed and published by Natsume.
This project is a remake of Wild Guns gameplay code in Unreal Engine 4. The components of the game have been broken down in an easy-to-use framework to allow individuals to make their own Shooting Gallery games.
The framework allows you to:
Manage the flow of the level with the Level Manager
Create new enemy types that can be spawned from the level manager
Create new Weapons, Projectiles and adjust all of it's properties within a data-driven structure.
Additional project tasks for this framework required me to:
Created the played area for the player character.
